Eliza Hartley

My work is trauma-informed, identity-affirming, and anti-racist, drawing from CBT, DBT, mindfulness, and parts work. I use somatic-informed approaches with EMDR. As a CCTP-II, I have advanced training in helping people heal from childhood and complex trauma—at a pace that feels safe and supportive.

Together, we will create a safe, supportive space to explore what’s happening now and how your past—especially early experiences—may still be shaping you. We’ll build practical coping skills while gently working toward insight, healing, and meaningful, lasting change at your pace.

My clients describe me as warm, grounded, and easy to talk to. They often share that they feel genuinely seen and understood, supported without judgment, and gently challenged in ways that feel respectful, collaborative, and empowering—with room for humor, too.

I specialize in working with people who want to understand themselves more deeply and feel less overwhelmed by anxiety, depression, and trauma. Clients often come to me ready to break old patterns, build steadier coping skills, and move through the world with more clarity, confidence, and self-compassion.

I became a therapist because I know how powerful it can be to feel truly understood during hard seasons. Having navigated challenges myself, I believe deeply in therapy as a space for healing, growth, and meaningful change.
