I’m an EMDR trained therapist who works with creative people navigating anxiety, trauma, and ADHD concerns. People often come to me feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected from themselves, or they're experiencing conflicts in relationships. I help you slow down, make sense of what’s happening, and build clarity and confidence moving forward.

We’ll explore your relationships, the challenges you’re navigating, and where you’d like your creative work to go. Together, we’ll process difficult experiences and emotions, creating space for clarity — and the confidence to bring more of who you are into your life and work.

Clients often describe me as thoughtful and steady. Many say our work feels unexpectedly relieving — a space where they can discuss their drive as well as self-doubt, and creativity as well as burnout. Things don't have to be rushed or “fixed.” Clients know that I hold their complexity with care, and that sessions feel both meaningful and genuine.

I work with high-performing creatives who appear high-functioning on the outside while feeling stuck or overwhelmed inside. Many identify with ADHD, anxiety, intrusive thoughts, or unresolved trauma. I support artists, musicians, actors, designers, and others from a multicultural framework that considers and affirms your full lived experience.

From a young age, I had a genuine interest in people and their inner lives. Through my own healing, I came to understand the importance of compassion as something that actually deepens your relationship to the things you love in life. That understanding continues to shape how I show up for clients.

I hold an MA in Clinical Psychology from Antioch University and completed my EMDR training through EMDRIA. My work is also informed by my background as a recording artist in Los Angeles. I see clients in Mid-City and Culver City, and I offer a free consultation call if you’d like to connect.
